Within the range of materials, SSIFEX IF-EE BASE is a product specially designed for brickwork and rendering with thicknesses from 3mm to 3cm, maintaining energy efficiency and passive fire protection, with great hardness and mechanical resistance.

Calcium sulfate is a material that guarantees good surface comfort.

The touch of its surface is comfortable since it has a low coefficient of thermal penetration.

It is a slow-setting construction mortar, manually applied, produced from calcium sulphate (gypsum) and used for covering ceilings, interior and exterior walls, on all types of substrates.

Its use time is regulated in the factory, ensuring reduced waiting times and longer use time, which favours the achievement of high productivity on site and excellent hardness with high values in thermal and mechanical resistance. Given its high density, it provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, is a humidity regulator, great protection against fire, being fireproof, and withstanding temperatures of more than 1000ºC depending on the thickness.

It is 100% recyclable and biodegradable, with a saving in water consumption of up to 50%, depending on the geographical area. Ecological and totally non-combustible. Resistant to shock and pressure waves. Thanks to its mechanical characteristics, it provides an improvement in energy efficiency. It does not contain any toxic or dangerous resistance.

Instructions for use:

Pour the gypsum over the water, until the water is moistened, knead with a mechanical stirrer until the paste is homogenised (water/gypsum ratio = (0.35- 0.50). Under no circumstances should additives be added as they may alter the setting process and the final strength of the product. Water should not be added after the product has set, as this may alter the final strength of the product. Clean water with a temperature above 5ºC and below 40ºC must be used.
